MGT 552 Project Finance and Budgeting Credits: 3
This course takes an in-depth look at the financial side of project management. Specifically, it looks at the budget process and the role it plays in planning, implementing, and controlling project efforts; and at financial perspectives, including techniques needed to
select projects and evaluate project performance. Beyond this, it examines some basic microeconomic tools and concepts that can be usefully applied to managing projects.
